TEKOA Mobile: Pairing your Mobile Solutions with ERP


            For a while now we have been pushing our barcode scanners. But what good is a barcode scanner that writes things to a notepad if you can’t process that information? That’s where the TEKOA Mobile ERP comes in. 

TEKOA Software offers a complete ERP system in a mobile format. In this article, we will look at some of the perks of pairing your mobile solution with a TEKOA ERP.

            There are several pieces to the Mobile TEKOA Application, and if you want a full run through of the program, see our other articles on the mobile application at TEKOA Mobile.   But for now, we will just consider how you can use the TEKOA Mobile app on a mobile device.

            To start, you will need to activate your device. Use the installed browser to navigate to your TEKOA ERP portal and sign in using your credentials. You personalized TEKOA options will appear in a mobile optimized fashion. Select the Mobile tab, and the new dashboard will appear. In this new dashboard, you can use your scanning function of your mobile device to input codes into the optimized box, and query them against your database and inventory. These two solutions are meant to be used in concert.
 
            There are a plethora of functions that the TEKOA Mobile ERP can perform on your own mobile device. A few of these are: print shipping labels, manage inventory, calculate taxes, and run a scan query against your database! The TEKOA Mobile ERP is optimized to work with your scanners, and run with efficiency.


In conclusion, when you consider which mobile solution you should choose, also consider which ERP solution you will utilize. These two objects are, quite literally, made for each other.
